Pex hill......

... should be called pex hole as it's not really a hill but a sandstone quarry on the outskirts of Widness. This is where I met Laurie 'epic side ways shuffle' Carefoot today for a bit of a session. I thought it would be hard work being my third day on, having shit skin and not ideal conditions for sandstone climbing.I had ideas of looking at catalepsy but after a quick look it wasn't going to happen today. Laurie was trying his current epic traverse project so i thought as i haven't done any stamina work for ages I'd have a go at that. I managed to get two moves from the end then fell off. Not bad considering! Thought I'd get the next time but fell off a bit sooner, the same happened third and fourth go. Similar story for Laurie as well today but he'd get it on a cooler day. So we bumbled around for a bit watching and chatting to some old skool guy and then we called it a day.

I think i'll rest tommorrow and then head up to st bees on tuesday for a poke around!
